BI-METAL CONTACTS |

As the name states, Bi-Metal contacts are made by bonding of two metals, namely copper and silver, with the help of hot – bonding / cold - bonding process. This is done to generally to fight against the threat of increasing silver prices. Bi-metal contacts fulfill its purpose as copper and silver are good conductor of heat and electricity. Here the shank and part of head is made of OFHC copper and upper part is of silver.
Bi-metal contacts can be made using different alloys as per customer requirements (Ag, AgCd, AgCdo, AgNi, AgSn, AgTn, AgPb, etc.) Bi-Metal contacts can also be provided with silver-plating if required.

TRI-METAL CONTACTS |

| Tri-metal contacts are more advanced compared to Bi-Metal Contacts. To reduce the production cost and to fight against the threat for increasing silver prices, Tri-metal contacts are solving the purpose. These rivets deliver a better life and are durable too, the next thing to perfection. Tri-Metal contacts are used in various appliances like relays, push buttons, regulators, micro switches, insulators, switches, etc. These contacts are manufactured with the help of hot bonding process on both sides. Here silver is bonded on both sides, head and shank that acts as double head. |

BIMETAL SCREW CONTACTS
Screw Contacts is a new technology introduced by PARADISE. These contacts can be Solid Screw Contacts or Bi-Metal Screw Rivets based on customer requirements. These Contacts are similar to Bi-Metal Contacts but more advanced. Screw Contacts are provided with different dimensions as per customer specification.
Screw Contacts can be provided with silver-plating if required.
